Monad - new Microsoft Command Shell

Microsoft new Command Shell - codenamed Monad, will be available with Longhorn. I'm not lucky till now to get my hands on it...but after reading Pooja's Blog, it seems pretty cool. Waiting to get my hands on it!!

You can still download Monad and play with it, you dont have to wait for longhorn.

Hmmm ... This is something I see M$ bragging about in the coming year. Well, its not worth bragging about though since M$ Windows End Users hardly know what a shell is and the name sounds "scary" or perhaps too "geeky"; wouldn't work for marketing stuff(the only reason why M$ is what M$ is). And, Rupreet, if you think this is "cool", try out sh, bash, tcsh, ksh or one of the variants. This was something that was done like 30 years back. But well, it was required that MS upgrades that stupid cmd.exe thing to something more useful like monad. I don't know, I think I would still prefer bash on windows.
